All I see are the three chairs and lots of forest. Nobody is ever going to find me or help me. Right now I am all alone. What once was a fun celebration has now become a scary time in the forest alone. I don’t know what caused the disruptions or how they happened but they just came out of nowhere. None of us were prepared. Whatever attacked us definitely didn’t plan on any survivors. I somehow made it out of the flames, but others were burnt to a crisp. Now my only choice is to look for ways home…..

The box, the door, the crumbling brick. It begged me to enter...
It looked plain, so plain it looked like it had something to hide. Something unsaid or unheard. Maybe it was said, maybe it was screamed. We just couldn't hear. They tried to give us a warning, we didnt listen. No one did ... they tried to pull us in, as strong as the tide. Souls wrapping around our waist and tugging, pulling as hard as they can. We didnt feel it. And finaly it hit ... It is too late... The box. The door. The crumbling brick. It begged me to enter. I stood there like a statue, it almost felt like the door was alive and greeting me inside, but of course I knew that was not the case, yet.
I reluctantly crept slowly towards the door, I could almost hear the bricks tearing apart as I crept towards the door. I pushed the door open, leaving it ajar I cautiously crept through the ominous pitch black corridor. Suddenly there was a gust of wind and I tumbled onto the floor. As I got up as I heard the door close shut. The box. The door. The crumbling brick. It begged me to enter. The blue wooden door wide open with no welcoming smell, touch or look. My feet walked towards the door I entered. The cries of lost souls echoed through out the house. Screams full of fear repeated over and over again. When I entered they just stared and floated around me. A little ghost girl came towards me. “Help me,” she cried.
“Please, help me…” She stared to scream. “HELP ME NOW!” she screamed with anger. I just froze in shock not knowing what to do. “I’ve had enough your worthless!” she hissed and screamed. Suddenly, she turned in a screaming shadow of the lost lake. I was done for. |
