A dark starless night,
With only the moon in sight.
The sea was as black as coal,
Trying to escape was my only goal.
I was a prisoner on the Kraken,
The mythical monster of the sea,
That devours anything, even me!
Help was no where near,
I felt a sense of fear.
The waves grew larger and larger,
Heading towards me like a charger!
As the waves got smaller,
I saw a black shadow in the distance getting taller.
It was a repulsive, sinister, monster,
Who swallowed me up without a hiccup,
Alone and forgotten at sea.
134 years later-
On a cold, snowy night,
With no one in sight,
Another lonely traveller puts up a brave fight.
He's sick and alone, far from home.
He broke all the rules and escaped St Anthony's school.
A new journey he begins,
For the monster, doesn't always win...
