A loud knock on the door made the whole house and everyone inside shiver. When Maya peered outside into the night with her piercing, questioning eyes, a dark mysterious man handed her a plain, old, boring box. In her arms, it felt heavy and alive. She slammed the door shut in the strangers face and raced inside to open the box. Her heart pounded like the beat of a drum. Warning bells told her to return the box but she couldn't resist taking a peek. Very, very, very slowly she lifted the lid to find to find the most adorable puppy in the world, fast asleep.

Cindy was hungry but there was nothing in the fridge. As Cindy was looking around for something to eat she spotted a container that had a message saying “DO NOT EAT!” and she being human decided to open it. So as she lifted the lid….”AHHHH!” she screamed as a creature climbed out of the box. It was tiny but scary and it had close to about 1111118 legs and around 1666 arms. It made a weird sound kind of like a EEEECCCEEEEEETTTTRRRRR and then after a long stare she realised it was her pet dog/caterpillar/octopus called Octodogillar.
Once upon a time there was a girl named Cindy. She was very naughty because she ate too many cheese balls. One day Cindy saw a box. She thought it might contain cheese balls so she went to investigate. So as she lifted the lid she saw an elf man! When she saw the elf man she was quite surprised. She was like “WHOA!” when she saw him. The elf said in a high-pitched voice. “Hello Cindy. Nice to meet you.” Cindy said “whoa” again. Then they got used to each other and lived happily ever after.
THE END (finally) Michaela was bored, very bored indeedy. What ever she did was BORING, te-di-ous, dullll… soul-less even. However, one wishy-washy afternoon she came across a box. Unusually there was something interesting about this box. It was an average brown cardboard box but still there was something distinct about it. Although she knew not to, she had an urge to open the box. Leaning forward to lift it's lid, she just couldn’t get rid of the nagging feeling that something bad was going to happen. So as she lifted the lid Michaela got the fright of her life….
“Surprise!”
The whole room yells out, as I enter the restaurant. I couldn’t believe it! I look around and see decorations everywhere. “Wow,” I exclaim, “this must have taken ages to prepare!” “Are you ready to see your present?” Mum asks “Yeah sure.” I reply. Mum’s goes to open it, but as she opens the lid everyone one turns into a skeleton and comes to kill me. I hear the doctor’s words. “I’m afraid your son has been diagnosed with dirty mind disease, he’s not going to make it.” Then everyone turns into a skeleton and chokes me. I suffocate. Anna was out shopping. Her plan was to get ingredients for the meal she would be serving at the dinner party the following night. The lights were so bright they were starting to give her a headache, so she decided to get her shopping done quickly. She was strolling down the aisle when she saw a delicious can of beans she could have for dinner. An hour later, she realized by looking at the label that the beans had gone bad two months ago, so when she lifted the lid it looked so old she couldn't eat it for dinner.
The wind was ferocious. I couldn't do anything when I was pushed over by the extreme force of wind that felt like a full on push from a living being. I found the last bit of my energy for one last attempt to regain my feet and sprint to shelter. I desperately crawled towards a green pole and eventually rapped both fists around it. I tugged on the pole to keep balance and used it to slowly pull myself towards a nearby restaurant where I could hopefully take refuge. Eventually the wind over powered me and I was swept away.
The rain was pounding against the ground and the wind was like no other it was ferocious. It looked like it would never stop and the city would drown. But the ferocious wind was hope as it would drive away the walls of water and all would be free again. Until then the night will be long and it will never let me sleep so I sing to my self through the night ahead. But the storm it will hold in our memories for evermore and rise again so I sing my self to sleep through the long, long night.
The ferocious wind swept me off my feet and I cascaded down the ancient rolling plains of the Deathly Hallows. It was impossible to see which way was home. I called out in to the storm, but no one could hear or see me in the black of night. The winds piercing screams filled the air. All I could do was close my eyes and count to ten...is this the end?
I was doing my daily rounds of paper delivery when the wind started to pick up. Just as I was sliding a paper into mrs. Gildens Mail box, my bag split open under the pressure of all the paper. They went tumbling out all over the side walk. I stooped to pick them up but the ferocious wind, which had been building up as all that had happened, swooped them out of my grasp and they went flying off. I chased them all around the bloke but I just could not catch them.Fealing defeated, I slowly dragged myself home.
